Learn about and contribute to mutual aid efforts! After learning about the power of mutual aid as community care, we will be creating art for the upcoming UndocuMonth Community Dinner silent auction, red cards for distribution across community hubs in Whatcom and Skagit Counties, care kits, and blankets.

This is a joyous, intergenerational, and free community gathering. We seek to celebrate the rich values, cultures, and joy of our very own immigration-impacted students and communities across Western, Whatcom & Skagit Counties, and Washington State. This is a major fundraising opportunity for Blue Group and the Blue Resource Center. We are offering dinner, silent auction, performances, and shared celebration of undocu-joy.

Visitor Parking: The nearest parking lot available all day is Lot 6V on the 1st floor of the Viking Union. On Google Maps, search "WWU Parking Lot 6V". Take elevators up to the 6th floor.
After 4:30pm, parking spaces are available for purchase in 7G, 9G, 11G, and 19G. Free parking is available after 4:30pm on weekdays in parking lot C, 12G, 27R, and Lincoln Creek. For C lot, stroll 10-25 minutes or take the bus to Haggard Hall. VU is across the street. Visit https://transportation.wwu.edu/visitors for more information.

In honor of UndocuMonth and Gaypril, LGBTQ+ Western and the Blue Resource Center call on our campus and local community to join our Day of Action! Offer solidarity and support to students and community members impacted by systemic barriers.
Meet us in Red Square at 4pm for our march to the Viking Union MPR for service projects that will support our community members and families with clothes, blankets, care kits, and red cards.

Learn from a Western alum expert about digital privacy and the ways we can keep ourselves, families, and community members safe. Collaboration with Woodring Education and Social Justice (ESJ) Minor Program.
All month at various drop-off locations
Drop off gently used & washed clothes at all of our UndocuMonth events, the Blue Resource Center (Viking Union 723), Ethnic Studies (College Hall 103), CEEDRR Lobby (Miller Hall 150), and Fairhaven lobby throughout the month of April. Donations will go to families and individuals in need of support.
